Michelle D. Burke

Michelle Burke is an Associate Litigation Attorney at Buffington Law Firm, PC. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and practices in the areas of trust, corporate, and real estate litigation, and financial elder abuse cases. Ms. Burke received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of New Mexico. She has experience in trust, elder law, and business litigation matters, and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the litigation process.
